The Israeli Channel 14 reported that Israel estimates that a large portion of Hezbollah’s infrastructure in the Ali al-Tahir Heights was destroyed during the wave of raids that targeted the Nabatieh area.
The channel claimed that the raids also led to the martyrdom of a large number of party fighters in the region, without providing specific numbers or additional details about the targeted sites.
There was nothing issued by Hezbollah or the official Lebanese authorities to confirm the Israeli estimates regarding the extent of the damage or the number of martyrs.
The Israeli army had announced that it had attacked infrastructure and weapons depots belonging to the party in the Nabatieh area, claiming that the raids were in response to the launching of two bomb-laden drones towards its forces in the Ali al-Taher Heights.
The wave of Israeli attacks included the vicinity of Al-Dabsha and Ali Al-Taher in two batches, in addition to Nabatieh Al-Fawqa, the outskirts of Baraashit, the town of Al-Mansouri, and the industrial city in Kafr Rumman, in conjunction with artillery shelling targeting Wadi Al-Hujair.
An Israeli raid also targeted a house in the center of the town of Arabsalim, which led to the death of Saja Musa Sharara, 48 hours after her marriage, and the wounding of 6 people, including a child, a woman, and two elderly people.
