Al-Husseini also mentioned in another post that Mojtaba Khamenei, whom he described as “Iran’s hereditary guide,” is currently injured, indicating that his injury is moderate according to the available data, and that recovery is expected within days. He added that what is happening behind the scenes goes beyond the health issue, with tight protection and cover from the deep state in the context of what he described as a sensitive test of governance arrangements inside Iran.
