The Director of the Russian Federal Security Service, Alexander Bortnikov, confirmed that Britain directly supervised the Ukrainian attack that targeted Russian airports and strategic bombers.

Bortnikov said, during a meeting of the Council of Directors of the Security and Intelligence Services of the CIS countries in Samarkand: “Under the direct supervision of British intelligence, and on the eve of the negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations in Istanbul (on June 2 of this year), the Ukrainian intelligence operation “Pautin” was carried out, and the British subsequently carried out propaganda through falsification in the media about the alleged huge damage caused. “It was caused by the operation and planning by Ukraine alone for the act of sabotage.”

In this context, Bortnikov stated that British and Ukrainian special services are preparing to sabotage the “Turkish Torrent” gas pipeline.
