Several fronts in Yemen witnessed a massive field escalation during the past hours, amid advances by the Yemeni armed forces in more than one axis, in conjunction with air strikes targeting Houthi sites in Taiz, Hodeidah, and Al-Jawf, according to what Al-Arabiya reported from Yemeni military and field sources.

Yemeni military sources said that a bombing targeted a Houthi command center in Al-Jawf Governorate, resulting, according to their information, in the killing of 4 Iranian and Lebanese experts.

In Taiz, sources reported that Iranian experts were participating in managing the operations of the Houthi group, while they spoke of the killing of dozens of the group’s members during battles they described as violent.

She added that the Yemeni Air Force carried out a series of raids on Houthi sites in Taiz and Hodeidah, and contributed to stopping Houthi advance attempts on several axes.

On the field, sources spoke about the armed forces achieving progress on a number of fronts during the past hours, and taking control of new sites on the Haifan front, south of Taiz.

In Hodeidah, military sources reported that significant progress had been achieved on the Hays front, south of the governorate, while field sources confirmed that the Yemeni armed forces had regained all areas in the Hays district.

On the other hand, Yemeni sources told Al Arabiya that civilians were killed as a result of Houthi missile and drone attacks that targeted civilian sites in Taiz.

According to the information received, no independent tally or official confirmations were issued by all parties regarding the total losses and developments on the ground that the sources spoke about.
