لبنان في قلب فعاليات دافوس: وصول نواف سلام إلى سويسرا

Prime Minister “Nawaf Salam” arrived in Davos, Switzerland, to participate in the World Economic Forum, accompanied by his office manager, “Farah Al-Khatib.”

Prime Minister Salam was received upon arrival by the Lebanese Ambassador to Bern, “Hussein Haidar,” and the Consul, “Sandy Khalil.”

This participation is part of “Nawaf Salam’s” attendance at the annual meetings held by the World Economic Forum in Davos, where he is expected to participate in discussions and dialogues addressing the most prominent economic and financial challenges facing the world, in addition to geopolitical changes and their impact on the region.

According to the Forum’s program, President “Salam” will hold a number of bilateral meetings with a group of international leaders and officials, along with meetings with representatives of international financial and economic institutions, to discuss various ways to support the economy and finance in Lebanon.

The list of meetings also includes discussing investment files and necessary reforms, supporting the economic recovery process, and presenting an overview of the most important priorities of the Lebanese government during the next stage, in light of the current difficult economic conditions.

President “Salam” is also expected to meet with representatives of global companies and investment funds to discuss potential cooperation and partnerships, with the aim of opening new areas for economic communication and attracting the attention of the international community.
