
Al-Bizri affirmed that “this project has been long awaited, and that the deprivation of the people of Sidon and Jezzine from this service for many years is nearing its end,” and explained that “work will begin quickly, which will positively impact various sectors, especially the economic and commercial movement, cultural and educational activities, and the ability of the city’s residents to accomplish their work more effectively and communicate with their relatives abroad.”
Al-Bizri also expressed his thanks to Minister El Hajj and the Ogero administration for responding to the demands of Sidon and Jezzine, stressing that “the time has come for them to enjoy their natural right in this field after an unjustified delay.”
