However, this huge bonus has sparked widespread political and financial controversy. While Tesla warns that Musk may focus on other interests if the plan is rejected, large investment institutions such as Glass Lewis and ISS oppose it, considering that the specified goals are easily achievable and that the size of the compensation is exaggerated and unfair to shareholders.
In contrast, Musk confirms that Tesla is on the verge of a radical transformation, moving from manufacturing electric cars to self-driving vehicles and humanoid robots, especially through the Robotaxi project, which “promises” to revolutionize the world of self-transportation.
