The Israeli army spokeswoman, Ella Wawiyeh, published a post on the “X” platform, in which she announced the implementation of Israeli raids targeting what she said were “Hezbollah infrastructure” in southern Lebanon, which included platforms for launching drones, warehouses of combat weapons, and equipped launch pads.
Wawiyeh said that the Israeli army “continues to work to remove threats to the citizens of the State of Israel and the IDF forces in southern Lebanon.”
She added that the Israeli army “a short while ago” raided weapons warehouses and a platform for launching drones, which she said Hezbollah used to launch drones towards Israeli forces operating in southern Lebanon.
She also indicated that the Israeli army targeted earlier Saturday two launch pads “equipped and prepared for launch” in southern Lebanon, explaining that one of the two platforms had previously been used to fire at Israeli forces operating in southern Lebanon, while the other platform was used to launch missiles toward Israel.
