Member of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc, Representative Ali Ammar, escalated his tone towards the “resistance’s” opponents at home, accusing Lebanese parties of betting on the United States of America to achieve political gains, while he considered that the country is facing a complex political, economic, social, and livelihood crisis.
Ammar’s words came during the honoring celebration held by Hezbollah for the movement’s martyr Jaafar Muhammad Diab, at the Master of Guardians Complex in Burj al-Barajneh, in the presence of a number of scholars, activists, figures, families of the martyrs, and a group of people.
Ammar said that Lebanon “is going through a complex crisis that does not have a single face, but rather has multiple faces,” considering that the political crisis that the country is experiencing is the result of “the corruption of the political authority and its going too far in betting on the United States of America,” in addition to an economic, social, and living crisis.
He pointed out that what the party leadership is doing at the level of decision-making and confronting challenges is “a matter of great importance,” pointing out that this stage requires awareness of its seriousness and the magnitude of its challenges.
Regarding the internal opponents of the “resistance,” Ammar said that there are those who are hostile to it because they “threw into the arms of the American,” accusing them of betting on the United States to achieve internal gains in Lebanon.
He added: “These people should know that whoever bet on the American before them has lost this world and the hereafter.”
Ammar concluded by saying that “many of the Arab leaders who bet on the American gained nothing from him but disgrace and disgrace,” calling for more solidarity, unity, and turning into “one family in the face of the dangerous challenges that target us all without exception.”
