A security source pointed out that a health authority ambulance, accompanied by two cars with dark windows and no registration plates, was the first to arrive at the targeting site in
Mar Roukoz – Dekwaneh, inside a large Kia garage.
The source indicated that the Authority arrived at the site before the arrival of the army intelligence, security services and the Lebanese Red Cross, as it took about an hour to find the site. When these devices arrived, the health authority ambulance was about to leave.
According to the data, the security services raised a question mark about “the targeting theory itself, that there is no target or victims, while ruling out the validity of the theory that it was a missile that mistakenly “slipped” from an Israeli plane.”
