Washington and Tel Aviv are preparing to undermine the ceasefire: "Goal Bank" In standby mode

In light of a state of fragile calm that threatens to explode at any moment, the joint military movements between the United States and Israel indicate intense preparation for the possibility of a sudden collapse of the ceasefire with Iran, through field and intelligence cooperation at the highest levels.

Maariv newspaper reported on Sunday that a high-ranking American military official visited Israel during the past few days, at a time when fears are mounting that the ceasefire agreement with Iran may collapse unexpectedly.

The newspaper quoted an Israeli military official as saying that the Israeli and American armies are working in close coordination, noting that the commander of the US Central Command (Centcom), Admiral Brad Cooper, visited Israel and met with the Israeli Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir.

He explained that the current coordination mainly focuses on preparing for the possibility of the failure of the truce with Iran, stressing: “We are prepared, as are the Americans, for this scenario, and if the fighting resumes, we know what must be done.”

He added, “The next strike will be very painful and will cause the Iranians very serious damage,” noting that “the target bank has been updated,” and that the Military Intelligence Division is constantly monitoring developments inside Iran.

He pointed out that potential targets in any new confrontation may also include Iranian energy facilities, as part of expanding the scope of potential operations.

These moves come in light of the temporary ceasefire between the United States and Iran, which began on April 8 with regional mediation, with continued tensions and the exchange of indirect messages between the two parties.

The level of military cooperation between Washington and Tel Aviv reflects growing concern about the collapse of the truce, especially with the faltering negotiation process and continued military preparations on both sides.
