The Saudi capital witnessed one of the most prominent global events this summer, with the hosting of the Electronic Sports World Cup, in which more than a hundred countries and about two thousand players participated, in an event that attendees described as a “distinctive experience and a smart step by the Kingdom” to consolidate its position in this growing sector.
The event, which was held on Riyadh Boulevard, attracted widespread attention, and provided fans of different age groups with the opportunity to follow the competitions in a safe, interactive atmosphere, as participants confirmed that the tournament represents a qualitative leap in organizing entertainment and sporting events in the Kingdom.

The audience expressed great enthusiasm for the participating teams and the prominent stars, as the Falcon team topped the list of the most encouraging teams, in addition to wide interaction with players such as Abu Omar and Musaed Al-Dosari.
With this achievement, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirmed its commitment to strengthening its global presence in the field of e-sports, within the framework of its vision to develop the digital entertainment sector and support the creative economy.
