Hosria stressed that this step will allow Syrian financial institutions to implement payments in Arab and international currencies more quickly and efficiently and at lower costs, opening the way for broader integration with the regional and international financial system.
The “Buna” platform is one of the most prominent projects of the Arab Monetary Fund, as it provides clearing and settlement services for payments between Arab countries and their trading partners, in accordance with the highest international standards of security and compliance.
