The US Treasury Department announced the imposition of new sanctions targeting the Iranian oil and petrochemical sector, including the inclusion of more than 50 individuals, companies and ships on the sanctions lists.

Among the most prominent companies included in the sanctions are:
– “Markan White Trading” and “Slogal Energy” companies in the Emirates
– Iranian company “PGPICC”
– The two Chinese companies “Jincheng Petrochemical” and “Rizhao Terminal”
– Several marine transport companies registered in the Marshall Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore
