The Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lebanon commemorated the kidnapping of the four Iranian diplomats in 1982 in Lebanon.

The embassy said, in a post on its account on the “X” platform, that today marks the anniversary of the “treacherous and cowardly kidnapping” of the four Iranian diplomats in 1982 in Lebanon.

She added that the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Beirut commemorates the kidnapped diplomats, and all other Iranian diplomatic martyrs in Beirut.
