
Israeli Channel 12 published the most prominent provisions of the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran, which are:
1- Cessation of hostilities between Iran, the United States and their allies, including Lebanon.
2- Iran affirms its commitment not to develop or possess a nuclear weapon.
3- Washington and Tehran pledged to resolve the issue of getting rid of the stock of enriched uranium.
4- Holding discussions on Iranian enrichment and nuclear needs.
5- Iran’s commitment to maintaining the status quo in its nuclear program throughout the negotiations.
6- The United States pledged to lift the naval blockade and not to impose new sanctions or strengthen its forces in the region during the negotiations.
7- Iran’s commitment to ensuring the safe passage of commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz without fees for a period of 60 days.
8- The United States pledged to allow the use of frozen Iranian assets with the start of implementation of the memorandum.
9- If a final agreement is reached, American forces will withdraw within 30 days and all sanctions on Iran will be lifted.
10- Any final agreement includes the establishment of a $300 billion fund for the reconstruction of Iran.
