Prime Minister Nawaf Salam held a coordination security meeting to accompany the resumption of exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the presence of Minister of Defense Michel Mansi, Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmed Al-Hajjar, Minister of Finance Yassin Jaber, Public Prosecutor Judge Ahmed Rami Al-Hajj, Director General of the Internal Security Forces Major General Raed Abdullah, Director General of Public Security Major General Hassan Shuqair, Director General of State Security Major General Edgar Lowndes, Head of the Airport Security Service Brigadier General Fadi Kfoury, and President of the Supreme Council. Customs Brigadier General Mesbah Khalil, Director General of Customs Gracia Al-Qazzi, and members of the Supreme Council of Customs Charbel Khalil and Louay Al-Hajj Shehadeh.

President Salam stressed the need to maintain the highest levels of vigilance and take all required preventive measures, to preserve the rebuilt confidence, thus consolidating the credibility of the Lebanese state and ensuring the flow of exports to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

President Salam stressed that any neglect or negligence in this area constitutes a threat to the supreme national interest, and we will not tolerate it in any way.
