On Thursday, SpaceX postponed the launch of its next-generation Starship rocket, after a technical problem appeared at the last minute, which led to the delay of the first test flight of the developed system.

The company’s CEO, Elon Musk, said on the “X” platform that the malfunction is related to a hydraulic pin in the launch tower that did not contract as required.
He added: “If this can be fixed tonight, there will be another launch attempt tomorrow at 5:30 Central Time.”
This is the first test flight of the Starship Version 3 rocket, a redesigned model with more powerful Raptor engines and a new launch pad system aimed at speeding up repeated launches.
SpaceX describes the Starship vehicle as the most powerful launch system ever developed, and is counting on it for future NASA missions within the “Artemis” program to the moon, in addition to satellite deployments.
