The Iranian hacking group known as “Handala” announced on Sunday that it had published all maps of Israel’s water and electricity infrastructure. The group confirmed that all data, detailed information, and precise coordinates were collected and stored in what it called the “Goals Bank.”
In a statement issued by it, the group explained: “As seen today, all information and precise coordinates of the vital water and electricity infrastructure in the occupied territories have been completely recorded and preserved in the Iranian Target Bank.”
This publication of the maps comes in the wake of the US President’s threat to target Iranian electricity and energy stations, while Tehran warned that any attack on its facilities would be met with a similar and proportionate response, holding the perpetrators of any escalation fully responsible for its consequences.
This coincides with the continuation of the war for the twenty-third day, and with the escalation of the confrontation between Iran, Israel and the United States, and the scope of strikes expands to include more sensitive targets, including vital installations and centers. Evidence indicates that the confrontation is heading towards expanding to include cyber aspects in addition to field military operations.
