Israeli army spokesman Avichay Adraee announced through his account on the “X” platform: “During the past twenty-four hours, the Israeli Air Force launched a series of air strikes targeting several locations in western and central Iran.”
Adraee explained that dozens of warplanes carried out large-scale bombing operations, dropping large quantities of bombs on more than 200 targets, including ballistic missile launch pads and air defense systems, in addition to sites used to manufacture weapons.
He continued his speech by saying that these attacks are part of the military operation launched by the Israeli army, which aims to “reduce the frequency of launching rockets towards Israeli territory.”
Adraee pointed out that since the beginning of Operation “Lion’s Roar,” the Israeli Air Force has carried out hundreds of raids targeting many military infrastructure inside Iran.
