In a related context, Judge Al-Hajjar listened to MP Fouad Makhzoumi and former Minister Mohammad Choucair as witnesses in the case.

According to information , pressure has been exerted by various political, judicial, and religious entities, in an attempt to control the Khaldoun Oreimeet case and prevent his arrest.

It was also reported that former Minister Michel Pharaon was summoned for investigation as a witness in the “Abu Omar” case, but he apologized for not attending due to his presence outside the country, and another date will be set for a hearing for him.
