نائب ووزير يمثلان أمام المحكمة في قضية "أبو عمر"... وتدبير مهم بحق عريمط!

Mustafa al-Houssayan, known as “Abu Omar,” is still under investigation by the Lebanese Army Intelligence Directorate on charges of impersonating a high-ranking official in the Saudi Royal Court and deceiving politicians and prominent figures in Lebanon.

The Cassation Public Prosecutor, Judge Jamal al-Hajjar, has initiated an investigation into the reports and complaints filed against “Abu Omar” and Sheikh Khaldoun Oreimeet.

In this context, Judge al-Hajjar, accompanied by the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation, Judge Mohammad Saab, listened for three continuous hours to the testimony of Ahmad Hadara in the presence of his lawyer, Samer Hawat, regarding the complaint he filed against al-Houssayan and Oreimeet on charges of fraud, harming national security, and disrupting relations between Lebanon and a sister state.

Ahmad Hadara arrived in the morning at the Intelligence Directorate to give his testimony as a witness in the case, then appeared before the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation, Judge Jamal al-Hajjar, for three hours to provide his statement in the “Abu Omar” case as the complainant against both Oreimeet and al-Houssayan.

According to available information, Hadara presented all the information he had in his statement, and as a result, a current MP was summoned to appear before al-Hajjar at ten in the morning, in addition to summoning former Minister Mohammad Choucair to appear before him at twelve noon to hear their testimony in the case.

Following the investigations, a judicial decision was issued to prevent Sheikh Khaldoun Oreimeet from traveling, due to suspicions about his involvement in the case, with a tendency to arrest him in the next few days.

It is worth noting that was the first to reveal this serious issue.
