Deputy Ehab Hamadeh, a member of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, stated: “The Israeli enemy continues its attacks, while the Lebanese authority insists on making concessions to it, even carrying out its dictates and turning them into the government’s agenda, as if it is implementing what the enemy demands.”
During a memorial ceremony held in the Husseiniyah of the town of Zeboud to commemorate the first anniversary of the martyrdom of Mustafa Abbas Yassin, Hamadeh affirmed that “the resistance is ready and will be present in the field as soon as the enemy commits any folly.” He pointed out that what is required of the government is not to support the resistance, but to stop harming it and conspiring against it, considering negotiations with the enemy as a stab in the back.
In a related context, Hamadeh criticized “some political forces that seek to postpone the parliamentary elections, despite their public statements of keenness to hold them on time,” stressing the importance of adhering to the constitution and not manipulating it.
