President “El-Sisi” also reiterated his country’s emphasis on standing permanently by Lebanon and seeking to strengthen the close brotherly ties that unite the two brotherly countries.
This call from the Egyptian President “Abdel Fattah El-Sisi” comes within a series of calls received by President General Joseph Aoun from the leaders of many countries on the occasion of the eighty-second anniversary of independence. US President “Donald Trump” was among the first to congratulate, sending a cable in which he stressed the importance of strengthening the partnership between the United States and Lebanon, and supporting stability in the country. In addition, President Aoun received a congratulatory cable from Russian President “Vladimir Putin”, in which he stressed the depth of the historical relations between Moscow and Beirut, renewing Russia’s support for Lebanon’s sovereignty and unity.
