الحريري: لا سيادة حقيقية بوجود سلاح أقوى من سلطة الدولة

Businessman Bahaa Hariri wrote a tweet on his “X” platform account on the occasion of Independence Day, expressing his opinion, saying: “On Independence Day, we say it as it is: There is no independence in a country whose decisions are managed from outside its borders, no sovereignty in the shadow of a weapon that overpowers the state, and no dignity for a nation whose institutions are kidnapped and the will of its people is disabled.”

Then he added, saying: “The Lebanon that the martyred President Rafik Hariri believed in is one state with one army and one law… no militia weapons, and no mini-states controlling the necks of the Lebanese.”

Hariri continued in his tweet, saying: “Lebanon will not be restored as long as the mini-states are stronger than the state, and as long as a group imposes its vision by force of arms and puts the country on the table of foreign deals.”

Hariri also drew attention to the fact that: “This reality will not last… because Lebanon does not belong to those who take it to axes, but to its free people who reject hegemony, division and subservience.”

He affirmed, saying: “We are with one state, one army, and one decision, and whoever rejects this truth places himself outside the state project and outside the logic of independence.”

He concluded his tweet, saying: “Let us stand in the face of everyone who confiscated Lebanon’s sovereignty, internally and externally, and let us restore this homeland to its place…

Lebanon the state, not Lebanon the mini-states,

This is a promise with no turning back.”
