In a related context, the Ministry of Finance affirms to the transfer companies currently contracted with it or that will contract with it in the future the necessity of adhering to the specified work mechanism, whether with regard to transferring information according to the pre-defined forms, or continuing to send the original copies of the documents, or adhering to the dates for transferring the collected operations according to “Decree No. 12641 dated 12/5/2023” three times a week and paying the value of each schedule separately to avoid the application of the fines stipulated in the decree.
