The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division – issued the following statement:
As part of the ongoing efforts made by the Internal Security Forces to combat various types of crimes, the Office for the Protection of Morals and Combating Trafficking in Persons in the Judicial Police Unit obtained information about acts of prostitution taking place inside a massage center in the locality of Jounieh, where a number of girls were exploited for this purpose.
On 10/02/2025, as a result of extensive surveys and investigations conducted by members of the office, a force went to the place and was able to arrest four girls of different nationalities, red-handed, while they were engaging in immoral acts with clients inside the massage rooms.
Upon interrogation, they admitted to carrying out these activities based on a prior agreement with customers in exchange for sums of money.
The center was sealed with red wax, and legal action was taken against the detainees based on the reference of the competent judiciary, and work continues to arrest all those involved.
