The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health announced an update to the cumulative toll of the aggression, noting that the number of martyrs from March 2 to September 6 rose to 4,362 martyrs, while the number of wounded reached 12,378.

Thus, the total toll of the aggression from October 8, 2023 until today has risen to 8,929 martyrs and 30,614 wounded.

This update comes on the heels of a day that witnessed a massive Israeli escalation in southern Lebanon, especially the city of Nabatieh and its environs, where raids since the early hours of dawn targeted Nabatieh al-Fawqa, Arab Salem, Kafr Rumman, and neighborhoods in the city of Nabatieh, amid the fall of martyrs, wounded, and extensive damage.

Ghandour Hospital in Nabatieh Al-Fawqa was also targeted, which led to major destruction in the building, in conjunction with the continuation of rubble removal and rescue operations, while the attacks also targeted a building belonging to the Ministry of Finance in the city of Nabatieh and a number of homes and civilian facilities.

During the past hours, other southern regions witnessed raids, bombardments, and intense Israeli drone flights, in light of the continued field escalation and the expansion of the targeting area.
