The company explained, in a press statement issued by it, that this decision comes for a period of 48 hours only, including Friday and Saturday, June 26 and 27, after the unprecedented public turnout that the region witnessed to watch the matches and enjoy the entertainment atmosphere and restaurants.

The statement indicated that this proactive measure was based on careful technical reviews that revealed that the quality of the display on the giant screen would not be as clear and efficient as required during the timing of the match, specifically during the events of the second half, stressing its preference not to risk the enjoyment and comfort of the fans to ensure providing the highest level of viewing experience.

The company affirmed its firm commitment to providing an exceptional “fan experience” befitting this major global event, announcing that the fan zone will be fully prepared to officially receive the public starting from the 32nd round matches, including the Egyptian national team’s match in this round, until the final match of the World Cup.

The Administrative Capital Company concluded its statement by expressing its thanks to the public for their trust and understanding of this technical decision, extending its wishes of success and victory to the national team to make the Egyptian people happy. (Russia Today)
