The developers of the Russian “Max” application reported that the number of application users recently exceeded 100 million users.
A statement issued by the media office of the company that developed the application stated: “The number of users of the Max application has reached 100 million people, and the number of chat groups has increased to 25.5 million groups, and users, including business owners and content creators, have created about 2.2 million public and private channels on the platform.”
The statement explained that users exchange more than a billion messages and make about 28 million calls daily through the application, and that the average number of daily active users who follow the application reaches 70 million people.
According to app officials, since its launch last year, “Max” has been used to send 62 billion text messages and make more than 3 billion calls, and it has also been used to record and broadcast about 470 million video lectures. (Russia Today)
