
Judges Fatima Al-Sayegh, Tony Fenianos, Abdullah Ahmed, and Mireille Daoud took the legal oath before the President of the Republic, Joseph Aoun, following the issuance of a decision appointing them as heads of chambers in the Shura Council.
During the celebration, President Aoun stated that administrative justice is an essential pillar for restoring citizens’ confidence in the state and its institutions, stressing the importance of maintaining unified judicial standards and strengthening the principle of balanced and conscious diligence in the context of judicial work.
The President of the Republic also explained that the “administrative judge” represents a partner in protecting the public interest, and that his role is extremely important in strengthening the foundations of the state of institutions and strengthening the rule of law, calling for the exercise of judicial duties in a spirit of independence and commitment.
