A person was killed in a horrific traffic accident, resulting from a two-car collision on the Aqiba Highway towards Halat. It was reported that the victim died at the scene of the accident, while ambulance teams were on alert and heavy traffic congestion in the surrounding area.
According to available information, the accident occurred on the road heading to Halat, where the relevant authorities began to deal with the effects of the accident and regulate traffic.
This unfortunate accident comes after a series of traffic accidents that occurred on the Bekaa roads during the past few hours. According to field information, sources reported that at 12:00 on this day, a collision occurred between three cars on the main road in the town of “Nabi Othman – Baalbek,” which resulted in two people being injured.
Earlier, the Traffic Control Room announced that another person was injured as a result of a two-car collision on the main road of the town of “Shaath” in the Baalbek district, and the injured person was transferred to the hospital to receive treatment.
