Israeli army spokesman Avichai Adraee wrote on his “X” account: “In a night operation in the Mount Ross (Har Dov) area in southern Lebanon, the forces of the 210th Division arrested a prominent terrorist element in the Islamic Group organization.”
He said: “In light of the receipt of intelligence indicators collected over recent weeks, during the hours last night, Israeli army forces raided a building in the Mount Ross (Har Dov) area and arrested a prominent member of the Islamic Group organization, where he was transferred for investigation inside Israel. Also, combat means were found inside the building.”
He continued: “The Islamic Group organization has pushed throughout the war and also in these days terrorist acts against the State of Israel and its citizens on the northern front. The Israeli army forces will continue to work to remove any threat to the State of Israel.”
