
Prime Minister Nawaf Salam headed to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates to attend the World Government Summit activities.
The Prime Minister was received at the airport by: Minister of Health and Community Protection and Minister of State for Federal National Council Affairs in the United Arab Emirates, Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais, the Lebanese Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, Ambassador Tariq Mneimneh, and the United Arab Emirates Ambassador to Beirut, Ambassador Fahd Al Kaabi.
This participation comes after a meeting held by Salam with Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri at the Second Presidency in Ain al-Tineh, where they discussed developments in the general situation in Lebanon, and the latest political and field developments, with a special focus on Israel’s continued “daily and ongoing attacks on Lebanon and the south.”
