To those optimistic about a radical change in Real Madrid… Arbeloa, the “hardliner,” won’t achieve the successes of Zidane and Ancelotti!

عودوا إلى الواقع .. أربيلوا لن يجعل المستحيل ممكنًا

أُقيل تشابي ألونسو، أو قدّم استقالته؛ لا يهم كثيرًا إن كان المدرب الإسباني الشاب قد رحل طواعيةً أو مجبرًا، المهم أنّ تجربته انتهت كما هو متوقع، ليتبع أولئك الذين أرادوا التغريد خارج السرب في ريال مدريد فلم يحصدوا إلا رحيلاً مبكرًا، وما جوليان لوبيتيجي عنّا ببعيد!

جاء القرار سريعًا؛ فأقل من 24 ساعة على خسارة “بطولة ثانية بلا قيمة” كانت كافية ليرحل ألونسو عن ريال مدريد، ويأتي بديله مدربًا شابًا بلا تاريخ تدريبي سوى بضع مباريات مع الفئات السنية الأصغر، وتاريخه كلاعب أقل بمراحل من سابقه، ليكون التفسير المنطقي الوحيد لتواجده أنّه “الفتى المطيع” لتعليمات فلورنتينو بيريز.

لكن أحلام “مدرب الطوارئ الذي سيجعل أوروبا كلها في حالة طوارئ” لن تتحقق مع أربيلوا كما نجحت مع زيدان، بل إن مصيره لن يقل سوءًا عن سانتياجو سولاري الذي جاء في منتصف الموسم الذي أُقيل فيه لوبيتيجي، ليخسر الملكي وقتها جميع البطولات الممكنة في مارس/آذار، ويقضي باقي موسمه مع العائد زيدان في “فترة تحضيرية مطولة”.

لماذا يا ترى؟ ما سبب هدم معبد الأحلام فوق رؤوس جمهور “الميرينجي”؟ هل هذا مجرد رأي حاقد لا يحب مشاهدة الملكي متوجًا بالألقاب، أم أنّ الواقع ينتصر حتى لو كان الطرف الآخر هو ريال مدريد نفسه، الذي لا يعترف بواقع أو مستويات أو خطط أو حتى أداء في الملعب؟

نحن لا نعلم الغيب، لكن حتى “شخصية البطل” تحتاج إلى دفعة من الواقع تسندها لتحقق ما يراه الكل مستحيلًا، وهذه الدفعة ليست موجودة؛ لا مع أنشيلوتي في آخره مواسمه، ولا مع ألونسو، وبالتأكيد ليست مع أربيلوا.

اجتماع عوامل الفشل

منذ عصر ريال مدريد الحديث – وربما في تاريخه كله – اعتدنا أنّ ريال مدريد هو ملك “الجلاكتيكوس”؛ مجموعة من النجوم الموهوبة القادرة على صناعة الفارق وحصد البطولات، ولكن “كثرة الطباخين تفسد الطبخة”، ولأجل النجاح هناك عوامل إضافية.

بجانب شخصية البطل والمواهب الفردية الخارقة والمجهود البدني المميز، احتاج ريال مدريد دائمًا إلى رجال “يحرثون الأرض” لأجل راحة النجوم وظهورهم في الوقت القاتل؛ فبينما كان كريستيانو رونالدو يتألق في الهجوم وينطلق كارفاخال ومارسيلو على الأطراف، كان كاسيميرو ومودريتش وكروس يقومون بالأدوار الدفاعية، مع امتلاك الثنائي الأخير فنًا خاصًا يميزهما عن البقية.

وحينما كان يركض بيلينجهام بحثًا عن الكرة خلف ظهر المنافس بانتظار تمريرة سحرية من توني كروس أو لوكا مودريتش، كان فالفيردي يركض حتى “تنفجر قدماه” لأجل ريال مدريد. فالمعادلة بسيطة: مواهب فردية هجومية خارقة (حتى لو من عناصر دفاعية مثل سيرجيو راموس)، فنان أو اثنان مثل مودريتش وكروس، والباقي “عضلات” تحرث الملعب وتدافع وتضغط مثل فالفيردي.

هذه المعادلة انتهت تمامًا باعتزال كروس ثم رحيل مودريتش، فالمواهب الهجومية أُضيف لها كيليان مبابي بلا مجهود دفاعي، ليُحرم الفريق من “الفنانين” ويضيف “نجمًا” بينما الباقي يركض فقط؛ فاختل التوازن. ريال مدريد – عكس باقي الفرق – يحتاج للحد الأدنى فقط لحصد الألقاب، وهذا الحد الأدنى تراجع عامًا بعد عام ليختفي تمامًا في الموسم الحالي.

منافسة فليك صعبة للغاية يا أربيلوا

لو تجاوزنا فترة زين الدين زيدان التي امتلك فيها ريال مدريد عناصر أفضل وأكثر توازنًا، فإنّ ريال مدريد حقق ثنائية الدوري الإسباني ودوري أبطال أوروبا مرتين وهو يمتلك “الحد الأدنى”، لكن ما ساعده حقًا هو غياب المنافس المحلي الشرس.

صحيح أنّ برشلونة لم يواجه ريال مدريد في دوري الأبطال، بل ولم يكن منافسًا حقيقيًا على البطولة، وخرج في موسم 2021-2022 من دور المجموعات، إلا أن غياب الإزعاج المحلي يجعل المهمة الأوروبية أسهل.

في أول مواسم أنشيلوتي، كان برشلونة يعاني بعد رحيل ميسي وغياب عمق التشكيل، وبدأ الموسم مع رونالد كومان الذي “بذل كل ما لديه لمحو تاريخه كلاعب”، ليأتي تشافي بهدف إنقاذ الفريق وإعادته فقط للمراكز الأربعة الأولى، وقتها جاب ريال مدريد “الليجا” دون رادع، فأتلتيكو مدريد عادة لا يكون منافسًا طويل الأمد.

أما في آخر مواسم تشافي 2023-2024، فقد ضربت الإصابات والشكوك علاقة المدرب بلابورتا، ليمر الفريق بحالة تذبذب جعلته يقاتل فقط للوصافة، تاركًا ريال مدريد يغرد في الصدارة منفردًا.

لكن الآن هناك هانسي فليك؛ المدرب الذي أعاد إحياء برشلونة وجعله خصمًا شرسًا، لينجح في تكوين عقدة ضد ريال مدريد لينجح الموسم الماضي في تكوين عقدة ضد ريال مدريد ويحرمهم من 3 ألقاب ويترك ميكيل أرتيتا يتكفل بالرابع.

المنافسة مع فليك هذا الموسم لن تكون سهلة على الإطلاق، فحتى لو عجز برشلونة عن حصد دوري الأبطال، فإن تكرار “الثلاثية المحلية” إنجاز وارد لفريق يضطر لإعلان إصابة كريستنسن لأجل تسجيل كانسيلو!

أربيلوا ليس كزيدان وأنشيلوتي

لو قلنا إن ريال مدريد لا ينجح مع مدربين أمثال لوبيتيجي وألونسو لأنه لا يحتاج لخطط تكتيكية معقدة، فعلى الأقل هو بحاجة لمدرب قادر على “شحن” اللاعبين وتجديد طاقاتهم. من يقوم بهذا الدور؟ أربيلوا؟ عفوًا، هذه مزحة لا ترتقي حتى للضحك.

زيدان كان نجمًا أسطوريًا، نجوم ريال مدريد تعاملوا معه كقدوة ثم مساعدًا للمدرب قبل أن يتولى المهمة، فكان إذا قال أُنصت له، وإذا أمر أُطيع.

وأنشيلوتي فتاريخه التدريبي كبير، وشخصيته التي جعلته بمثابة الأب لكل لاعب لا تتكرر، فالكل يحترمه ويقدره ويسير على خطاه، لذلك يقاتلون لأجله وهو يمنحهم الراحة والاستمتاع.

أما أربيلوا، فتاريخه كلاعب يقول إنّه كان “الأنشط على مقاعد البدلاء”، والأذكى في منح نفسه قيمة إضافية بمصارعة جيرارد بيكيه على تويتر، والذي وصفه بأنه مجرد “قمع تدريبات”.. وعلى ما يبدو كان محقًا، فتدريب الفئات السنية وفرض الشخصية على مراهقين لا يصنع تاريخًا تدريبيًا يؤهلك لقيادة النجوم.

إذاً، هو ليس أنشيلوتي ولا زيدان؛ هو فقط خطوة جديدة من بيريز الذي لا يهتم ببناء المستقبل بقدر اهتمامه بتعيين “أقماع” تسمع وتطيع.

لا تنتظروا المعجزة، فسقوط ريال مدريد هذا الموسم بات حتميًا!

Return to reality… Arbeloa will not make the impossible possible.

Xabi Alonso was sacked, or he submitted his resignation; it doesn’t matter much whether the young Spanish coach left voluntarily or forcibly, what matters is that his experience ended as expected, following those who wanted to tweet outside the flock at Real Madrid and reaped only an early departure, and Julen Lopetegui is not far from us!

The decision came quickly; less than 24 hours after losing “a second worthless title” was enough for Alonso to leave Real Madrid, and his replacement is a young coach with no coaching history except for a few matches with the younger age groups, and his history as a player is far less than his predecessor, so the only logical explanation for his presence is that he is the “obedient boy” to Florentino Pérez’s instructions.

But the dreams of “an emergency coach who will put all of Europe in a state of emergency” will not come true with Arbeloa as they did with Zidane, but his fate will be no less bad than Santiago Solari, who came in the middle of the season in which Lopetegui was sacked, so the Royal Club lost all possible titles in March, and spent the rest of his season with the returning Zidane in a “long preparatory period”.

Why is that? What is the reason for demolishing the temple of dreams above the heads of the “Meringue” fans? Is this just a spiteful opinion that does not like to see the Royal Club crowned with titles, or is reality victorious even if the other party is Real Madrid itself, which does not recognize reality, levels, plans, or even performance on the field?

We do not know the unseen, but even the “champion’s personality” needs a boost from reality to support it in achieving what everyone sees as impossible, and this boost is not present; not with Ancelotti in his last seasons, not with Alonso, and certainly not with Arbeloa.

Convergence of failure factors

Since the modern era of Real Madrid – and perhaps in its entire history – we have been accustomed to the fact that Real Madrid is the king of the “Galacticos”; a group of talented stars capable of making a difference and winning titles, but “too many cooks spoil the broth”, and for success there are additional factors.

In addition to the champion’s personality, the extraordinary individual talents, and the distinguished physical effort, Real Madrid has always needed men who “plow the land” for the sake of the stars’ comfort and their appearance in the decisive moment; while Cristiano Ronaldo was shining in the attack and Carvajal and Marcelo were launching on the flanks, Casemiro, Modrić, and Kroos were performing the defensive roles, with the latter duo possessing a special art that distinguished them from the rest.

And when Bellingham was running in search of the ball behind the opponent’s back waiting for a magical pass from Toni Kroos or Luka Modrić, Valverde was running until “his feet exploded” for the sake of Real Madrid. The equation is simple: extraordinary individual offensive talents (even from defensive elements such as Sergio Ramos), one or two artists such as Modrić and Kroos, and the rest are “muscles” that plow the field, defend, and press like Valverde.

This equation ended completely with Kroos’ retirement and then Modrić’s departure, as Kylian Mbappé was added to the offensive talents without defensive effort, depriving the team of “artists” and adding a “star” while the rest only run; so the balance was disturbed. Real Madrid – unlike the rest of the teams – needs only the minimum to win titles, and this minimum has declined year after year to disappear completely in the current season.

Flick’s competition is very difficult, Arbeloa

If we go beyond the era of Zinedine Zidane, in which Real Madrid had better and more balanced elements, Real Madrid won the Spanish League and Champions League twice while possessing the “minimum”, but what really helped him was the absence of a fierce local competitor.

It is true that Barcelona did not face Real Madrid in the Champions League, nor was it a real competitor for the title, and it was eliminated in the 2021-2022 season from the group stage, but the absence of local disturbance makes the European mission easier.

In Ancelotti’s first seasons, Barcelona was suffering after Messi’s departure and the absence of squad depth, and the season began with Ronald Koeman, who “did everything he could to erase his history as a player”, so Xavi came with the aim of saving the team and returning it only to the top four places, at which time Real Madrid roamed “La Liga” without deterrence, as Atlético Madrid is usually not a long-term competitor.

As for Xavi’s last season 2023-2024, injuries and doubts struck the coach’s relationship with Laporta, so the team went through a state of fluctuation that made it fight only for the runner-up spot, leaving Real Madrid to tweet at the top alone.

But now there is Hansi Flick; the coach who revived Barcelona and made him a fierce opponent, succeeding in forming a complex against Real Madrid, succeeding last season in forming a complex against Real Madrid and depriving them of 3 titles and leaving Mikel Arteta to take care of the fourth.

Competing with Flick this season will not be easy at all, even if Barcelona is unable to win the Champions League, repeating the “local treble” is a possible achievement for a team that is forced to announce Christensen’s injury in order to register Cancelo!

Arbeloa is not like Zidane and Ancelotti

If we say that Real Madrid does not succeed with coaches such as Lopetegui and Alonso because it does not need complex tactical plans, at least it needs a coach capable of “charging” the players and renewing their energies. Who plays this role? Arbeloa? Sorry, this is a joke that does not even rise to laughter.

Zidane was a legendary star, Real Madrid stars treated him as a role model and then an assistant coach before he took over the task, so if he said something, he was listened to, and if he ordered, he was obeyed.

As for Ancelotti, his coaching history is great, and his personality, which made him like a father to every player, is not repeated, everyone respects him, appreciates him, and follows in his footsteps, so they fight for him and he gives them rest and enjoyment.

As for Arbeloa, his history as a player says that he was “the most active on the bench”, and the smartest in giving himself additional value by fighting Gerard Piqué on Twitter, who described him as just a “training cone”.. and apparently he was right, training the age groups and imposing personality on teenagers does not make a coaching history that qualifies you to lead the stars.

So, he is neither Ancelotti nor Zidane; he is just a new step from Pérez, who is not interested in building the future as much as he is interested in appointing “cones” who listen and obey.

Do not wait for a miracle, the fall of Real Madrid this season has become inevitable!
