الجيش الإسرائيلي يعلن عن اسم ناشط في "حزب الله" يعمل في مجال الطائرات المسيّرة.

The spokesperson for the Israeli army, Avichay Adraee, announced via his account on the “X” platform that “the Israeli army eliminated a drone operator in Hezbollah who was planning attempts to rebuild military infrastructure in southern Lebanon.”

In further details, Adraee explained that “the Israeli army attacked earlier today in the Zita area of southern Lebanon and eliminated the element called Alaa Hourani, who worked as a drone operator in Hezbollah.”

He added that “the element” during the war “worked on attempts to rebuild infrastructure, activate forces, and attempt to gather intelligence about the Israeli army forces in the region, as he was planning attempts to rebuild military infrastructure for Hezbollah in the region.”

Adraee considered that “the element’s activity is a violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”

He concluded his statement by affirming that “the Israeli army will continue to work to remove any threat and to protect the citizens of the State of Israel.”

In a related context, information indicated that an Israeli drone launched a raid targeting a car on the road between the towns of Zita and Bnaafoul in southern Lebanon, resulting in the death of one person, amid escalating tensions on the southern border and intensified drone flights in the region.

This incident comes within a series of repeated attacks witnessed in the southern border areas, amid the ongoing security tension, where the parties exchange accusations of violating the agreements in place, while the Lebanese parties demand a halt to these violations and respect for Lebanese sovereignty.
