دبوسي يلتقي بصناعيي وتجّار المنية لبحث آفاق التعاون الاقتصادي

Tawfik Daboussi, President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Tripoli and the North, received a delegation from the Association of Industrialists and Merchants of Miniyeh, led by Samir Alam El-Din, in the presence of Jean El-Sayed, member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. During the meeting, the current situation of the productive sectors in Miniyeh was reviewed, and ways to strengthen economic and developmental cooperation with the Chamber were discussed.

During the meeting, the delegation provided a detailed explanation of the most important difficulties facing the productive and commercial sectors, most notably the problem of providing skilled labor and the impact of “brain drain” on the progress of work and production, in addition to some observations related to the situation of “productive enterprises” in the region.

For his part, Daboussi stated, emphasizing the Chamber’s interest in listening to the problems and needs of the economic sectors in all regions, and pointed out the importance of “cooperation and integration” with the productive sectors. He considered that Miniyeh and its neighboring areas have the potential to make them an influential partner in the process of advancing the national economy.
