Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received today at the Grand Serail employees of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council, Judge Mahmoud Makieh, where they offered him their congratulations on the occasion of the beginning of the new year.
He also received Colonel Mohammed Abdullah, commander of the Presidential Guard Company, accompanied by a delegation of the company’s officers, to offer congratulations on the same occasion.
President Salam also received the Secretary-General of the Supreme Defense Council, Major General Muhammad Al-Mustafa, with a delegation of council officers, in the context of exchanging congratulations on the New Year.
During these meetings, President Salam expressed his hope that the new year would bring goodness and reassurance to all, stressing the government’s continued work for the good of the country, and expressing his optimism about the future.
