Technical sources report that Apple is preparing to launch an additional version of the “AirPods Pro 3” this year, with a major development focused on supporting artificial intelligence technologies.
According to leaks, the new model is likely to come with infrared cameras in an attempt to enhance so-called “visual intelligence,” with the aim of helping users understand the surrounding environment and receive information about the outside world directly through the headphones.
Leakers, including “Instant Digital,” have hinted at the possibility of abandoning traditional physical buttons and replacing them with control via hand gestures, or combining the two methods, in line with the expansion of headphone control functions.
The external appearance of the new generation is expected to be very similar to the current version of “AirPods Pro 3”, but it will be at a higher price, with Apple offering two versions in parallel: the current known version, and a more advanced version that includes cameras.
