RCD Espanyol de Barcelona v FC Barcelona - LaLiga EA Sports

Numerous media sources have reported on Barcelona’s interest in signing the player Asllani.

The Catalan derby match, in which Barcelona defeated Espanyol with a score of (2-0) last Saturday in the Spanish League, was attended by the player Fisnik Asllani, the Hoffenheim German team striker and Kosovo national team player, where he watched the match from the stands of the Cornellà-El Prat stadium, which revived talk of reports linking him with a move to the Barça ranks.

Asllani, the 23-year-old Kosovar international player, is among the names that some Spanish reports have included in the list of players that Barcelona is monitoring, in anticipation of strengthening the attack line in the near future, as the club seeks to find offensive options for the future, especially with Robert Lewandowski aging.

Asllani posted a photo on his “Instagram” account showing his attendance at the Catalan derby match from the stands.

The Catalan club has been following the player since last season, due to the outstanding levels he presents with Hoffenheim in the German league, where he is distinguished by his movements inside the penalty area, his ability to play as a center forward or a second striker, in addition to his young age.

The value of the release clause in Asllani’s contract with Hoffenheim is between 25 and 29 million euros, according to “Sky Sports”.
