Saudi media reports that “Abdulrahman Ghareeb,” a player for Al-Nassr club, is dissatisfied with his current position in the team this season.
The reason for this is his lack of participation, especially after the addition of Frenchman “Kingsley Coman” and Portuguese “Joao Felix” to the ranks of the Saudi team during the last summer transfer window.
The Saudi newspaper “Al-Riyadiya” stated that “Ghareeb” is demanding more playing time with Al-Nassr, noting that he only started in two matches in the AFC Champions League under the leadership of Portuguese coach “Jorge Jesus,” with very limited participation in the league.
The newspaper also indicated that “Ghareeb” is looking forward to securing his place in the Saudi national team in preparation for participating in the 2026 World Cup finals in the United States, Canada, and Mexico next summer.
The newspaper added that “Ghareeb,” who has entered the free period of his contract with Al-Nassr, and therefore has the right to sign for any other club without the need for the approval of his club’s management, is attracting interest from Al-Ittihad club and another club from the capital who are seeking to sign him.
The player aspires to get a greater playing opportunity with the Roshn Saudi League leader, or move to another team if this opportunity is not achieved.
