شربل داغر: فوز مستحق بـ"جائزة نوابغ العرب" في الأدب والفنون

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, announced the awarding of the “Arab Pioneers” prize in the field of Literature and Arts for 2025 to Lebanese Professor Charbel Dagher, Professor of Arabic Literature, on Friday.

Through his account on the X platform, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid congratulated Professor Charbel Dagher from Lebanon, Professor of Arabic Literature, on the occasion of winning the “Arab Pioneers” award for the Literature and Arts category for 2025.

He pointed out that Dagher “has made intellectual contributions spanning decades in various fields of literature, from poetry, writing, novels, and criticism, and has also worked on studying Arab arts in their history and depth, and all the changes that have occurred to them.”

He explained that Dagher has published more than seventy books, which have contributed significantly to enriching the fields of literature and arts in the Arab world, stressing that his works are considered essential references for studying Arab literature and art throughout the ages.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid concluded his statement by saying: “We congratulate all the winners of the Arab Pioneers Award, and we say to all Arabs: whoever created the greatest civilization in history is capable today of building a greater future… if he believes in himself, in his potential, and in his role in resuming civilization.”
