Xiaomi is preparing to launch its new phone, which aims to compete with the best Android phones available in the market, through a set of powerful specifications and advanced imaging capabilities.
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra features a body made of high-quality materials and is water and dust-resistant according to the IP68 standard. It is 8.3 mm thick and weighs 227 grams. Its screen is an LTPO AMOLED type with a size of 6.82 inches, providing a display resolution of (1440/3200) pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a brightness of up to 3500 candelas per square meter. It is protected by Xiaomi Shield Glass 2.0, which is resistant to shocks and scratches.
To ensure excellent performance, this device relies on the “Android-16” operating system with HyperOS 3 interfaces, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor designed with 3nm technology, an Adreno 840 graphics processor, 12 or 16 GB of RAM, and internal storage ranging from 256 GB to 1 TB.
The main camera is a triple-lens with a resolution of (200+50+50) megapixels and includes an ultrawide lens and a periscope telephoto lens. It can record videos in 8K resolution. The front camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels and can record 4K videos at 60 frames per second.
The phone is equipped with two SIM card slots, a USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, an NFC chip, and Infrared technology for remote control of electronic devices.
