The Ministry stated that these measures, which include 60 ministerial decisions and 20 circulars, represent a cornerstone in modernizing agricultural policies and improving institutional performance, in order to face economic and climatic challenges and enhance the resilience of farmers.

These decisions and circulars addressed essential areas, including strengthening national agricultural policies and sustainable development plans, and updating laws related to the organization of agricultural work, compensation for farmers, and land use. They also include adopting safety and quality standards and good agricultural practices, expanding partnerships with the private sector, and activating financing programs and benefiting from available international support.
