The “Yedioth Ahronoth” newspaper had quoted Israeli officials as saying that Hezbollah has regained a large part of its fighting force, supported by renewed Iranian funding, according to the Israeli narrative. The newspaper also indicated that Tel Aviv believes that “waiting without a time limit” is no longer an option, hinting at the possibility of escalating operations if no diplomatic progress is made.
