This forum, which lasts for two consecutive days, specifically on the tenth and eleventh of December 2025, represents an important opportunity to discuss the prospects of digital transformation in Lebanon, in addition to identifying the roles required of the various parties concerned, with the aim of building a digital society that is more inclusive and sustainable.
On the first day of its activities, a dialogue seminar was organized with the participation of a group of leaders and experts, including MP Paula Yacoubian, as well as the executive officer and advisor on digital policies, Wassim Mansour, where the discussion revolved around fundamental issues.
During this seminar, the participants presented a set of difficulties and obstacles that stand in the way of Lebanon’s progress in this field.
Despite the existence of these obstacles, the speakers emphasized that Lebanon possesses a wealth of competencies, human energies and distinguished experiences that can make a radical change, provided that there is a real will for reform, in addition to the existence of a clear national vision for the digital future.
