زلزال فساد يهز كييف.. صحيفة إسبانية: مستقبل زيلينسكي السياسي على المحك

As the pace of corruption cases striking the corridors of the Ukrainian government escalates, doubts are mounting about the future of President Vladimir Zelensky. The Spanish newspaper “Rebelion” believes that these scandals may be the “beginning of the end” of his rule.

According to the report, the continuation of the war for nearly four years and what the newspaper considers “Ukraine’s actual loss of the conflict” have significantly undermined the legitimacy of the Ukrainian leadership.

The newspaper points out that the resignation of the head of Zelensky’s office, Andriy Yermak, came “at a crucial moment,” and that the Ukrainian president promised a “complete reorganization” of the administration in an attempt to contain the damage. However, the author of the article believes that this measure may not be enough to save Zelensky, but may lead to “accelerating his downfall.”

The report concludes that the coming days will be decisive, and may witness more resignations in the inner circle of the Ukrainian president, which may further complicate his political situation.

It is worth noting that Zelensky signed a decree on November 28 dismissing Yermak, against the backdrop of investigations conducted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office into cases related to the energy sector. Ukrainian media reported that the request for Yermak’s resignation sparked sharp tensions within the presidential office, indicating the depth of the crisis facing the Ukrainian leadership.
