آيفون 17e: خيار اقتصادي لتحديث هواتف المستخدمين القديمة

Numerous rumors and leaks have recently surfaced regarding the anticipated “iPhone 17e,” expected to be unveiled by Apple in the first half of 2026. This phone is seen as the most economical option within the new iPhone lineup. The latest leaked details reveal significant upgrades compared to the current “iPhone 16e,” bringing it closer in design to the standard “iPhone 17.”

One of the most prominent expected changes is replacing the wide notch in the “iPhone 16e” with a “Dynamic Island” design. According to a leak published by MyDrivers, citing sources on the Weibo platform, this move signifies the end of using the large notch in Apple’s economical phone series, unifying the design language across all models.

Available information indicates that the “iPhone 17e” will retain a 6.1-inch OLED screen, just like the previous generation, with a refresh rate of only 60Hz. This may be seen as a weakness compared to competing phones, but it is expected given the phone’s belonging to the economical “e” category.

The phone will likely come with a single rear camera, but some reports suggest it will be 48 megapixels, a significant upgrade compared to the “iPhone 16e.”

In addition, the device is expected to be powered by an A19 processor with fewer graphics processing cores, distinguishing it from the basic version of the “iPhone 17,” while maintaining strong performance commensurate with its price.

Leaks also indicate that the price of the “iPhone 17e” may start from 4499 Chinese Yuan, a price similar to last year’s edition, making it an attractive option for users looking for an iPhone experience at a reasonable price.

With this release, Apple aims to attract users who want to upgrade from older devices such as the “iPhone 11,” while providing a more modern experience at a lower cost.

Previous reports indicate that the official unveiling of the device will be in May 2026, while the company will announce the full “iPhone 17” series, including the “iPhone 17 Pro” and “iPhone 17 Air,” next September.
