مصر تجذب أنظار المستثمرين بإصدار ضخم للصكوك السيادية

يعلن البنك المركزي المصري عن طرحه غدًا الاثنين الموافق 1 كانون الأول الإصدار الثالث من “الصكوك السيادية الإسلامية” بقيمة 4 مليارات جنيه مصري، وذلك لأجل 3 سنوات، ونيابةً عن وزارة المالية.

ويأتي هذا الطرح الجديد في سياق خطة واسعة تهدف إلى جمع 20 مليار جنيه مصري عبر هذا النوع من التمويل المتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية قبل نهاية العام الحالي.

ومن المخطط أن يشهد شهر كانون الأول ثلاثة مزادات صكوك بإجمالي قيمة تبلغ 14 مليار جنيه. وبإضافة هذا المبلغ إلى الـ 6 مليارات جنيه التي تم طرحها وبيعها بالكامل في شهر تشرين الثاني الماضي، يصل إجمالي ما جمعته الدولة من “صكوك سيادية” خلال شهرين فقط إلى 20 مليار جنيه.

تُعتبر “الصكوك السيادية المصرية” أول أوراق مالية إسلامية تصدرها حكومة مصر في تاريخها، وقد بدأت بالفعل في شهر شباط 2023 بإصدار ناجح بالدولار بقيمة 1.5 مليار دولار. (روسيا اليوم)

The Central Bank of Egypt announces the offering tomorrow, Monday, December 1, of the third issuance of “Islamic Sovereign Sukuk” with a value of 4 billion Egyptian pounds, for a term of 3 years, on behalf of the Ministry of Finance.

This new offering comes within the context of a broad plan aimed at collecting 20 billion Egyptian pounds through this type of Sharia-compliant financing before the end of the current year.

December is scheduled to witness three Sukuk auctions with a total value of 14 billion pounds. By adding this amount to the 6 billion pounds that were offered and fully sold last November, the total amount collected by the state from “sovereign Sukuk” in just two months amounts to 20 billion pounds.

The “Egyptian Sovereign Sukuk” are considered the first Islamic securities issued by the government of Egypt in its history, and they already began in February 2023 with a successful issuance in dollars worth 1.5 billion dollars. (Russia Today)
