Touch Welcomes Pope “Leo” with a Welcoming Message on Subscribers’ Phones
شركة “تاتش” أعلنت عن جهوزية شبكتها واستقرار خدماتها، وذلك استعدادًا للاستقبال المرتقب لقداسة البابا لاوون الرابع عشر، في ظل الضغوطات المتزايدة.وأوضحت الشركة في بيان رسمي أن فرقها الفنية تبذل جهودًا متواصلة لتنفيذ الخطة المتكاملة التي وضعتها الشركة مسبقًا، والتي تهدف إلى استيعاب الزيادة المتوقعة في استخدام الشبكة خلال اليومين القادمين، علمًا بأن العمل على هذه الخطة بدأ منذ الإعلان عن موعد الزيارة. وجددت “تاتش” التأكيد على أن جميع فرقها الفنية ستكون في حالة تأهب قصوى لضمان استمرار عمل الشبكة بالمستوى المطلوب، وتمكين جميع المواطنين اللبنانيين من مشاركة تفاصيل هذه الزيارة باستخدام شبكتها.
واحتفاءً بهذه الزيارة التاريخية، قامت الشركة بتغيير اسم الشبكة الذي يظهر على شاشات الهواتف المحمولة لمشتركيها، واستبدلته بعبارة ترحيبية بالبابا وهي: “Welcome Pope Leo”.
Touch announced the readiness of its network and the stability of its services, in preparation for the anticipated reception of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV, in light of increasing pressures.
The company explained in an official statement that its technical teams are making continuous efforts to implement the integrated plan previously developed by the company, which aims to absorb the expected increase in network usage during the next two days, noting that work on this plan began since the announcement of the visit date. Touch reiterated that all of its technical teams will be on high alert to ensure the network continues to operate at the required level, and to enable all Lebanese citizens to share the details of this visit using its network.
To celebrate this historic visit, the company changed the network name that appears on the mobile phone screens of its subscribers, and replaced it with a welcoming phrase for the Pope: “Welcome Pope Leo”.
